This is an anime adaptation of the Flying Panjandrum video game.
One day, a man falls on an old book of fairy tales. To his surprise, he discovers that the book is enchanted and that it gives the reader the opportunity to modify the stories it contains. Seeing an opportunity to realize his perverse desires, man decides to change different stories to his tastes.
