This is an anime adaptation of the manga by Fukudahda.

Erina and Masaki are two young students with unusual attitudes. Indeed, Masaki loves Erina’s breast milk, but for the past six months, the latter have not had too many opportunities to see each other because of their admissions exams for the university. Once, that they have been admitted, Erina and Masaki decide to go to a love hotel to celebrate their success.
