Chizuru-chan Kaihatsu Nikki

This is the anime adaptation of Doujinshi of Muchakai.

Shiina Chizuru is a second year student at the Wakasa Senior Academy. She is secretly in love with the great and handsome teacher Tsukino, which meets its requirements of theIdeal man. However, in the academy there is an old perverted teacher, Tamura, which diverts money from the establishment. One day, Tamura decides to put his plan to execute to make the hats worn to Tsukino, but he is surprised by Chizuru. Tamura distorts the truth and decides to go and denounce Tsukino. Chizuru being willing to do anything to protect the person she loves, will be blackmailed and will be manipulated by Tamura.
