This is an anime adaptation of the Doujinshi of Hitsuji Takako.

The President of the Student Council Tomomi Sakurazawa is a smart and seductive young woman with a heavy secret. She suffers from the syndrome ofHyperlactation and must produce litres of breast milk daily. Unable to hide his secret indefinitely, one of his classmates eventually discovers it.
