This is an anime adaptation of Gen’s manga.

Yuuma has just been accepted into a prestigious university. At the opening ceremony, he meets a young woman named Nana, a senior student who shows a lot of interest in her.
That same evening, when Yuuma returns home, he finds Nana outside her door.
