This is an anime adaptation of LiLiM Darkness’s Visual Novel.

One day, Kiota seriously injured himself in a car accident, and he was taken to a local hospital. There, he meets his long-time lover Hibari Uekusu, who recently obtained a nursing job in this hospital. Thinking that fate has brought them together, Kiota decides to act. However, fate played a bad trick on him.
