Touka is a shy young student who, in the perspective of a new life at the university, dreams of making friends and a boyfriend. One day, her childhood friend Kokoha, announces that she is a magical girl and that she needs her help. It turns out that his powers use a type of energy called S Energy, which is created with the embarrassment emotions of a shy young woman. For this reason, Kokoha blackmails Touka by revealing one of her secrets throughout the university, if she does not become a magical girl.
